Nice to be a Runner up in this year’s Sean O’ Faolain award with a story set in the slob lands of Wexford. Hope to see it in Southword at some point.

Also nice to have a poem shortlisted in the Bridport Prize, judged by Gwyneth Lewis, and a poem commended in the McLellan award, judged by Jackie Kay.
